Todd E. Kastetter

Todd E. Kastetter is a civil attorney who is special counsel to the firm. He works closely with you to make sure that your Estate Plan meets your unique personal and financial objectives.

Todd helps individuals who are facing litigation in the areas of estate planning, gifts, guardianship, health care advance directives, Medicaid, Medicare, personal injury, powers of attorney, probate, Social Security Disability, taxes, trusts, wills and Workers' Compensation Settlements.

He also helps businesses develop and execute litigation strategies to resolve commercial disputes. His caseload also includes products liability, professional liability and general business litigation.

In addition, Todd has been asked to speak on these and other subjects, including personal injury settlements and examination of expert witnesses, before local, regional and national organizations – legal and professional.

Todd has attended the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and has taught constitutional law at the University of Northern Colorado. He is a member of the Denver/Colorado Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Todd holds a law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. His undergraduate degree, in political science, comes from the University of Northern Colorado.
